Anatomical Mastery Mat & Reformer

A comprehensive Pilates instructor needs more than a surface-level understanding of anatomy. Our programme gives you deep, practical knowledge that you can apply in real teaching situations.

• Detailed study of the core: not just the abs, but the entire Lumbar Pelvic Hip Complex [LPHC] including the pelvic floor, transversus abdominis, multifidus, diaphragm, and their interconnections
• Spinal mechanics: understanding flexion, extension, lateral flexion, and rotation from a movement perspective
• Shoulder girdle and hip complex: the two major junctions of the body and how Pilates addresses them
• Myofascial connections: understanding the body as an integrated whole rather than isolated muscles
• Common postural deviations: how to assess them and which exercises address them
